The BMW 2002 Turbo debuted in 1973 and was the first mass-produced sedan in Europe to be equipped with a turbocharger.
The kit replicates the ‘later model‘ with a center-mounted exhaust and a turbocharger cooling intake on the front spoiler . The body with its square taillights is accurately reproduced. The front spoiler, rear spoiler, front grille, overfenders, square taillights, front and rear seats, wheels, tires, etc. are all new parts.
The body features chrome-plated parts such as the molding that encircles the body, the front grille, bumper, mirrors, door handles, and fuel filler cap . The body parts are white, and new metal inlets for the emblem and model number are included. As a bonus, a mirrored ‘2002 turbo‘ decal (for the front spoiler) is included.
