This is a plastic assembly model kit of the 4WD Schwimmwagen which earned the trust of German soldiers with excellent performance on bad roads and fording ability. The body with hull-shaped underside has been reproduced via slide molding for a realistic finish and ease of assembly. The windshield is moveable and the screw can be positioned in the down position to allow you to depict a fording scene. Parts to depict the air-cooled four-cylinder engine also included. Interior details such as the flooring & seats, instrument panel, shift lever etc have a rich finish. The folded canvas roof cover also provides the model with great realism. A driver figure is included.
