We are glad to announce the release of a new armored vehicle model - Soviet self-propelled howitzer SU-152 in 1:100 scale. The carefully designed details of the model fit together effortlessly and may be assembled without any use of glue. The model is not only easy to build, but also highly historically accurate. You may also use the model to represent a Soviet armored vehicle unit in Art of Tactic game. The powerful self-propelled howitzer will bolster greatly your Soviet army. During the final period of the battle for Stalingrad lack of mobile artillery in Soviet army became evident. Development of an armored vehicle armed with 152-mm gun was launched in January of 1943. The vehicle, named SU-152, was ready by the beginning of February and its serial production was launched during spring. SU-152 self-propelled howitzers took part in the Battle of Kursk in 1943 as well as countless other operations on the Eastern front.
