Hasegawa - A10 - Vought F4U-1D Corsair - painted model

The F-4U-1D Corsair is a U.S. Navy/Marine Corps fighter that was active in World War II.
The engine of the Corsair was said to be the highest standard at that time,
It was equipped with an air-cooled engine (a method of cooling the engine using air).
This engine has a strong power output and makes full use of this power,
The propeller diameter is 3.82m.
Because if you equip it with normal wings, the propeller will hit the ground,
A distinctive reverse gal wing (shape like a seagull feather reverse) was created.
Thanks to this reverse gallid type main wing, I succeeded in keeping the front leg not long and keeping a distance from the ground.

The data
Crew: One pilot, one scout, two total.
Total body width (main wing width): 12.50m
Total length of aircraft (up to the propeller spinner tip) 10.16m
Total height (from ground to vertical tail tip): 4.60m
Engine: Pratt and Whitney P&W R-2800-8(W) Air-cooled star-shaped engine
Engine power: 2,000 horsepower
Max speed: 684km/h
Armament mounted on the aircraft: 6 12.7mm fixed machine guns
