It is in fact the company’s longest-running nameplate from the ‘Land of the Rising Sun’ and has constantly evolved in design, engines, and technological solutions. Among the most iconic models, the J-40 series, produced from the 1960s to the 1980s, stands out. Characterized by a classic and understated design, it was known for its robustness and reliability. It was available with three wheelbases: short, medium (such as the J-44, which achieved great commercial success), and long. It came with Diesel or Petrol engines depending on the target markets.
